Faulty Goods
You can obtain a replacement or credit within 6 months of purchase if your product is faulty or becomes faulty. On requesting a return, you must be able to provide your order number. In addition, Panda Ink Cartridges compatible ink and toners have a 1 year warranty and can be returned for a replacement or credit within this time period.
Change of mind / Ordered Wrong Product
If you have changed your mind, we will exchange your goods in the form of a credit note or other products equal to the orignal order amount. This is providing they are unopened and in their original packaging. This can be done within 3 months of your date of purchase.
Returns Procedure

- You can return your goods to our postal address: 100 Derryfubble Road, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, N. Ireland BT71 7PW.
- Please use your reference number as provided.
We request that you return the item by recorded delivery. The information we provide for your return enables us to process your return in the most efficient manner possible. However it does not represent an obligation on your part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If the goods are faulty and your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Otherwise, a voucher will be sent to you to the value of the goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
